DPSS Recruitment for Clients

DPSS recruitment offer tailor made packages to suit every client, whether corporate or public sector. If you are a small organisation establishing a new procurement team or a large entity commencing a transformation programme we have the expertise to help.

DPSS can guide you through the whole recruitment process and client services include:

Writing the Job and Person Specifications or offering advice as to the best way to represent the role;

Designing advertising campaigns. DPSS can advertise on your behalf or discreetly with our own banner. We use both paper based and online advertising within industry journals, National newspapers and web based job boards as appropriate.

Diversity. We always reach out to new people for every assignment we work on. We want our clients to be reassured that we have scoured the market to find the most suitable candidates. We absolutely value diversity and work hard to find talented individuals regardless.

Occupational Testing and Personality Assessment. We have our own qualified practitioner who will guide you through the best tools for your particular vacancy; tools that can help predict performance at work and motivation to succeed.

Face to Face Interviews. In addition to our thorough telephone screening DPSS Recruitment interview each candidate prior to their CV being submitted for a defined role. This means we can brief the candidate fully and also ascertain career expectations and motivation to move.

Advice on the remuneration structure. This can be sensitive particularly with senior roles. We ensure that expectations are realistic on both sides and that neither party is left disappointed once an offer has been made.

Interim projects. We will always provide referenced consultants for your interim role and our in-house payroll service enables prompt payment;

Team. DPSS have a world-renowned team of experts within Supply Chain, Procurement and Business Management.

Post-placement guidance. DPSS keep in touch with successful candidates both during their notice periods and once they join. We offer support at the critical time between resignation and start date.

We like to know that both parties are happy and that those early months in a new role are productive. For interim consultants we plan a review every four weeks throughout the duration of the assignment with at least one on-site visit.
