Professional Coaching in partnership with PRO-Tential Coaching.

Coaching has been used typically as an individual growth and development process within organisations, particularly at the leadership or high potential level. On a larger scale, all coaching is aimed at facilitating positive change whether it is in performance, development of particular skills, organisational change or a broader sense of personal growth.

It is a powerful, collaborative relationship between a coach and willing individual. During the process clarity on specific issues, goal setting and action plans lead to the achievement of extraordinary business and personal results. Its benefits are multi-level and unlimited, with action oriented goals to accelerate change and enhance performance.

Coaching is a results-orientated approach. It is a completely different skill to that of training, mentoring, counselling or consulting, although our clients may wish to work with PRO-tential on a Coach Training module for managers and/or leaders within the organisation. The coaching approach means working with individuals to achieve their goals by using their own skill, experience and capabilities. This allows room for accountability, responsibility and transformational change.

The blend of skills required for your programme will be discussed in detail during the consultation process.

Key Areas of Coaching

PRO-tential Coaching Limited/DPSS works with organisations covering the five key aspects of coaching development:

  • 1:1 coaching for business executives

  • Development

  • Performance

  • Change

  • Culture

Coaching service – organisational level

  • We ensure there is clear understanding and focus in what you are trying to achieve through coaching

  • We build an understanding regarding the type of coaching needed in differing situations and the experience of the coach required

  • We develop and agree guidelines as to how to get the best out of coaching, choose a coach and involve sponsors in the contractual relationship

  • We gather and collect key themes coming out of the coaching to feed in to your learning and development strategy

  • We can also train managers within your organisation to take the coach approach – Leader as Coach

At an individual level

  • We match the individual coachee to the coach using one of our Coaches who can guide the process and decision-making, whilst ensuring you have the ultimate say

  • We ensure the coaching contract is set up with clear goals and measures, and the involvement of a sponsor

  • We track the coaching and manage the quality of coaching through regular continued professional development and supervision.

  • We measure and review the outcomes and key themes of the coaching sessions

  • Feedback is vital throughout the whole relationship. We monitor and evaluate the complete relationship from the individual being coached, their sponsor and your HR satisfaction and coaches for key themes.

Your people are the most valuable asset within your business and can be the best route to competitive advantage. We are fully committed to spending time with you to discuss the organisation’s measure for success for the coaching programme. In turn this will create the evaluation for success during, and the impact following the coaching undertaken.
