Supply Chain Simulations

Incorporating all the rich diversity and complexity of real supply chains these simulations are designed to encourage and develop fresh thinking engaging participants intellectually and emotionally.

Demonstrating how all areas of business, strategy, operations, finance, technology and people are inextricably linked. Each simulation event is unique, with the results driven by how well the teams meet the commercial challenges that face them.

Delegates are given the opportunity to practice not just their technical skills but those essential individual management aspects of judgement, analysis, decision making, as well as teamwork, coaching and leadership.
