Claudia has over 15 years experience in project management and relationship management training in both the private and public sectors. She began in the private specialist recruitment company managing large and small events linked to the sponsorship of a national cycling team whilst managing three London recruitment offices. Headhunted to work for the largest American specialist professional recruitment consultants she then headhunted, trained and managed consultants to be highly successful and sought after in their field.

 

Claudia divided her time after 7 years in the private sector between private consultancy work organising conference and training seminars and lecturing event management, customer service and marketing at a specialist flag ship college on BTECs and AVCEs. During this time she enjoyed the contrast between recognised success on improving the 3 Rs (Recruitment retention and results) on failing academic courses within the academic world as well as training advanced relationship management courses to management within the private sector and advising on customer service benchmarks and policies for one of the largest leisure trusts in the country.

 

She is now Head of Training and Conference Management for DPSS as well as training on recognised and bespoke training courses in her specialist areas.
