Dawn Carter MBA MCIPS ACIB Cert Ed

Dawn is a Chartered Banker and a qualified teacher. She began her career with a major clearing bank and progressed to become Branch Accountant. Dawn joined City and East London College as a lecturer in finance in 1981 and was Course Tutor for several major programmes.

She left teaching in 1986 to pursue a career as a finance director for a publishing company. She has recently become involved in training and consultancy assignments for North West Thames Health Authority, Shell UK Materials Services and Shell International. Dawn specialises in the financial aspects of Materials Management. She is also Chief Examiner for CIPS in Business Analysis in Purchasing and Supply.
