Mary Murray BA (Hons)

Mary commenced her career working in the pharmaceutical industry and spent
10 years working across a number of functional areas in various global
business transformation roles in GSK. These roles have included designing
and implementing new business processes following systems implementation,
process redesign following company mergers and business change programme
communications.
 
She has spent the last 12 years working as a Procurement Consultant in the
indirect spend area across a number of FTSE 100 companies including GSK,
ABN Amro, BP, Chevron, Lloyds TSB and Shell.   Mary has an established
reputation for delivering marked improvement within organizations and has
extensive experience in managing change at organizational and individual
levels across varying cultures.  She is also an established Executive
Coach having delivered coaching programmes in Shell and Lloyds TSB.
 
In addition to her professional pursuits, Mary has a keen interest in
Young Enterprise and supporting the needs of our future business community
through training and development programmes.
 
Mary holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MBA from Henley
Management College.  She is an accredited Executive Coach with the School
of Coaching in London, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
and the University of Strathclyde.
