Terry Wilson BA (Hons)

10 years in management and consultancy work in the public sector, providing advice on procurement, strategic outsourcing, building and developing successful partnerships and relationships and providing political advice.

He advises his clients on political opportunities and on how to manage the process, ensuring statutory compliance when within the sector and increasing competitive advantage.

He has experience in advising major PLC's on expanding their customer bases and improving their profit margins. He has identified opportunities for business development and has advised on tendering processes for contracts valued at over £3M, (within the construction industry, builder's merchants, and IT industry).

His experience in Local government involves advising on procurement strategy, best practice, best value, performance monitoring and management and probity of process. He has led and advised project teams in the externalisation of services including joint ventures, partnerships and PFI's which have an aggregate value of an estimated £65M.
