How To tutorials and Web Apps being introduced to help educate, train and support people across supply chain community

Contract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Soft Skills, Negotiating, 10C Model to name a few, are some of the subjects we cover at DPSS Consultants. Our courses provide training at all levels from the basics of Contract Management to exam level IACCM Courses. Not everyone wants the same from us and may just want some brief information on a subject they are particularly interested in.

This is why we have decided to produce our own video clips on topics that we think will be useful to people. To facilitate this we now have our own YouTube channel – DPSS Ltd where you will find a range of videos in different subjects. These videos are designed to give an overview on chosen topics. This is our way of helping to educate people in our chosen fields of expertise. We want to encourage people to help better their existing skills and to learn new subjects.

On our YouTube channel at the moment is our video on;-

“How to use Ishikawa Diagram” (aka Fishbone Diagram) channel ref DPSS Ltd

And that’s just a few.

Coming up as well are our new web based apps – the latest being – a unique Contract Management Process. This tool provides step by step on-line guidance and support to managers of contracts and end users in relation to how to manage contracts post award. It also provides the user with a full set of document templates that are hyperlinked to the appropriate stage of the process. The process also includes additional supporting web apps and templates including “how to select a supplier “how to prepare for negotiations” and “how to manage your relationship with the contractor”.

What makes the Contract Management Process web app so useful is that is not only tells you what to do but how to do it.

The benefit of this new app include;
