Projects and Contract Management for Contractors

The effective management of "sell" side of contract management and projects is just as critical to the success of a contract as the "buy" side. Many courses focus purely on the client side, but less from the contractor's perspective. We believe it is also in the interest of the client to ensure that the contractors is able to manage contracts effectively. We have developed the Carter 10 c web app to assist with the process of supplier selection but there is still the commercial aspects to be considered.

Contractor Needs

In many instances the contractor needs to secure the 3 Cs

1. To secure profitable Contracts
